Followers

Followers are the crew that work for you. They are required to unlock and upgrade most buildings, and they contribute directly to your overall Mafia Power.

Influences

Followers influence almost every aspect of your empire:

• Many buildings have follower thresholds that must be met before upgrades unlock.
• Your Mafia Power scales directly with crew size.
• Bigger crews unlock richer car robbery districts and tougher contracts.

Losing followers?

You can lose followers if you fail to pay daily wages, or if you take heavy losses in PvP. Keep enough cash on hand to cover upkeep — otherwise your crew will shrink.

Free followers?

Each player earns a small number of followers for free as they level up. Beyond that, diamonds and event rewards are the most common ways to expand your crew without paying.
